Swavlamban is an embedded programme with various classes running on by Choti Si Khushi. Under this programme mainly the girls and women are taken to train for skills like cooking, makeup, stitching, comuter literacy and other such things so that they could get an opportunity to earn and live with dignity.
Women are being made literate and trained in cooking stitching and makeup. Also they are being given training for small scale business to run the family. On the other hand the young girls who want to make a career ahead are also availing the opportunity in professional field by learning computer basics and beautician courses. Also those girls who aspire to go higher are being given counselling and also proper guidance for particular field.
As a whole the Swavlamban has given a new direction to the women empowerment through Choti Si Khushi.
